1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Fevekik's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you must cease using our services immediately.

2. Services Description

Fevekik provides engine diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and auto repair services at 148 Jalan Tun Ismail, Kuala Lumpur 50200, Malaysia. Service descriptions are provided in good faith; actual results may vary based on vehicle condition.

3. Liability & Disclaimers

• Fevekik is not liable for damages arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions.
• Services are provided "as-is" without warranties beyond statutory consumer rights.
• We recommend regular maintenance to prevent major repairs.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Overdue accounts may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before appointment. Refunds apply only to unused services. Labour costs are non-refundable once work commences.

6. Data Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian data protection laws. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fevekik's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
